The registration fee includes all events, meals (except breakfast)and conference materials. Lodging and travel are not included.

Tax-Deductibility
All but USD $1,500 of your registration fee is tax-deductible. This amount is allocated to direct Forum costs such as meals, facilities and event production. The remainder is used to underwrite the costs of several hundred Forum fellows,in particular women, youth, and grassroots leaders from around the world who otherwise would not have the resources to attend. This amount also supports the ongoing operation of the State of the World Forum and its related initiatives. For your records, our 501(c)(3) tax identification number is 94-3142806.

Cancellations
Registration fees are not refundable after September 1, 1999. Prior to September 1, all but USD $1,500 of each registration fee is refundable. The USD $1,500 becomes a tax-deductible donation to the State of the World Forum.

Lodging
Exclusive room rates have been arranged for Forum attendees on a limited basis. Details will be forwarded to you upon receipt of your registration fee.
